The Department of Public Health and Environment proposed amendments to regulations governing firefighting foam containing PFAS. The amendments would, among other things, incorporate the exemption criteria created by H.B. 22-1345 for the use of PFAS aqueous film-forming foam. A hearing will be held February 20, 2024. Comments are due February 7, 2024.
