The president issued Executive Order No. 13867, Issuance of Permits With Respect to Facilities and Land Transportation Crossings at the International Boundaries of the United States, which revises the process for development and issuance of presidential permits covering construction, connection, operation, and maintenance of cross-border infrastructure.
