The Department of Environmental Quality proposed amendments to Idaho Admin. Code r. 58.01.02.100, .110, .120, .140, .160, and .252. The proposed amendments would designate domestic water supply as a beneficial use in 27 water bodies where the Safe Drinking Water Information System indicates an active surface water intake or groundwater under direct influence of surface water and where domestic water supply is not currently designated.
