The Environmental Quality Council proposed amendments to Chapter 4, Construction and Demolition Landfill Regulations, and Chapter 6, Transfer, Treatment, and Storage Facility Regulations. The proposed amendments would, among other things, simplify and streamline permitting for construction/demolition waste landfills and solid waste transfer, treatment, and storage facilities by consolidating related standards into individual sections.
