The Division of Waste and Hazardous Substances proposed amendments to 7 Del. Admin. Code §1375. The proposed amendments would, among other things, create a definition of a "certified brownfield" to ensure that remedial responsibilities of the brownfield developer are limited only to the area of the certified brownfield.
