The Division of Air Pollution Control proposed amendments to Chapter 3745-113 concerning architectural and industrial maintenance (AIM) coatings. The amendments would update the regulations by adopting a more recent version of the Ozone Transport Commission model rule for AIM coatings. A hearing will be held October 19, 2022. The Air Quality Control Commission proposed amendments to 5 Colo. Code Regs. §1001-25. The proposed amendments would limit the volatile organic compound content in consumer products and architectural and industrial maintenance coatings manufactured or sold in Colorado.
