The Department of Environmental Protection proposed amendments to rules concerning the processing of applications and other administrative matters. The amendments would improve clarity and organization, incorporate recent legislative changes to the Board’s responsibilities, and establish new procedural requirements. The Department of Health and Environment proposed amendments to administrative regulations for radon. The revisions would, among other things, update the requirements for radon measurement technicians applying for certification for radon measurement activities. A hearing will be held September 12, 2023.
