The Virginia Water Control Board is proposing to amend 9 Va. Code Ann. §25-210 regarding the state’s water protection permit program. The proposed changes would revise the application process for permits and revise compensatory mitigation requirements, among other changes. Public hearings will be held on January 11-13, 2016.
