The State Board of Health amended 12 Va. Admin. Code §5.613, Regulations for Alternative Onsite Sewage Systems. Changes delete the requirement that owners have a relationship with a licensed operator for the purpose of providing operation and maintenance. The amendments take effect December 7, 2011.
