The Board of Agriculture and Consumer Services proposes amendments to 2 Va. Admin. Code §425, Vapor Pressure Requirements for Gasoline Ethanol Blends. The proposed amendment would continue to provide a 1.0 psi exception above the maximum vapor pressure set by ASTM to maintain the current regulatory framework.
