The Department of Environmental Quality is proposing to amend various portions Utah Admin. Code r.313 regarding radiation protection. Changes would make requirements for distributors of radioactive material clearer, redefine categories of devices to be used under exemptions, and bring the state into compliance with NRC regulations.
