Utah: Clean Air Act (CAA)

The Utah Department of Environmental Quality proposed amendments to Utah Admin. Code r. 307-401, -405, and -410. The amendments would, among other things, update the reference to the federal PSD permitting program, add and update definitions and testing requirements for new and modified sources, and allow sources to discontinue testing after three years of operation if testing demonstrates emissions consistently below exemption levels.
