The Department of Environmental Quality proposes a new rule at Utah Admin. Code r. R307-304, Industrial Solvent Use. The rule would regulate industrial solvent cleaning operations and general solvent use. A public hearing will be held March 16, 2017. Written comments will be accepted until March 31, 2017.
