The Department of Environmental Quality, Air Quality Division, proposed amendments to Utah Admin. Code r. 307-110-17, Section IX, Control Measures for Area and Point Sources, Part H, Emission Limits. Proposed amendments include more frequent monitoring, emission limit that match the 24-hour averaging period of the fine particulate matter (PM2.5) NAAQS, and condensable PM2.5 limits where appropriate, among other changes.
