The Department of Environmental Quality is proposing to amend Utah Admin. Code r. 307-230 regarding nitrogen oxide emissions. Changes would establish a statewide implementation schedule by which ultra-low nitrogen oxide water heaters are required to be sold and installed throughout the state.
