The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality is proposing to adopt changes to 30 Tex. Admin. Code §336, regarding the physical protection of radioactive material. The proposed rulemaking intends to ensure compatibility with federal regulations. A public hearing will be held on September 29, 2015. Written comments will be accepted until October 5, 2015.
