The Commission on Environmental Quality is proposing to adopt 30 Tex. Admin. Code §§ 317.1 through .13 and .15 regarding wastewater treatment systems. The new rules would eliminate any regulatory gaps created by the repeal of those sections in 2008 and the adoption of new regulations under 30 Tex. Admin. Code §217.
