Texas: Ground water

The Commission on Environmental Quality proposed to amend 30 Tex. Admin. Code §290, Public Drinking Water. Changes are intended to bring the section into compliance with the federal Ground Water Rule, the Total Organic Carbon Rule, and new state laws.
