The Commission on Environmental Quality is proposing to amend various sections of 30 Tex. Admin. Code §101 regarding SIPs. Changes would implement various SIP revisions to be presented to EPA for review. Public Hearings will be held January 15 and 20, 2015, and the deadline for comment is January 30, 2015.
