The Department of Environment and Conservation is proposing Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 0400-45-01-.41 to establish a revised total coliform rule and related amendments. The rulemaking is in response to U.S. EPA’s Revised Total Coliform Rule published in February, 2013.
