The Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation proposes to repeal Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. ch. 0950-01-01-05 and to amend Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. ch. 0400-43-01, regarding mineral test holes. The amendments would change the permit limitation, limit the maximum number of holes, and amend plugging options, among other changes. A public hearing will be held on April 12, 2016.
