The Department of Environment and Conservation is proposing to adopt Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 0400-12-01-.01 to .09 regarding hazardous waste management. Changes would incorporate recent changes to EPA regulations, including the exemption of solvent-contaminated wipes that are cleaned and reused, and allowing for the use of electronic hazardous waste manifest systems.
