The Environment and Conservation Agency proposed to amend Tenn. Admin. Code §1200.03 in order to add seven new compounds to the definitions of "exempt compounds" and "volatile organic compounds." A public hearing will be held on March 18, 2014. See http://state.tn.us/sos/rules_filings/01-11-14.pdf.
