The Department of State Lands proposed amendments to Or. Revised Statutes 141-102-0020 and 141-102-0030, pertaining to Essential Indigenous Anadromous Salmonid Habitat (ESH) maps. The changes revise the maps to prevent the depletion of the species during the spawning and rearing life stages. The deadline for comment is November 28, 2014.
