The Department of State Lands proposed to amend Or. Admin. R. 141.085, 141.089, & 141.093, Removal-Fill Authorizations within Oregon Waters, General Authorizations and General Permits. The amendments would ensure consistency with 2011 legislation, adding additional activities and adjusting the fee schedule.
