The Land Conservation and Development Department is proposing to adopt Or. Admin. R. 660-006-0005 regarding forest zone uses. Changes would provide clarity on the definition of "Primary processing of forest products." A public hearing will be held March 12, 2015, and the deadline for public comment is also March 12, 2015.
