The Department of Energy amended Or. Admin. R. 330.070, pertaining to the Residential Energy Tax Credit rule. Changes include decreasing the photovoltaic incentive rate and recalculating the incentive for wood and pellet stoves. The amendments took effect January 1, 2014.
