The Department of Environmental Quality added Okla. Admin. Code §252.627, Operation and Maintenance of Water Reuse Systems, which establishes standards for the operation and maintenance of systems that create reclaimed water for beneficial use. The new rule establishes four categories of water based on levels of treatment. The rule was submitted for approval March 5, 2012.
