The Department of Environmental Quality amended Okla. Admin. Code §252.515, Management of Solid Waste. Amendments remove the phrase "roofing material recycling facilites and used tire recycling facilities" from the definition of "Land Disposal Facilities" and add a new subchapter in response to recent legislative changes.
