The Department of Environmental Quality proposed to amend Okla. Admin. Code §252.4, Rules of Practice and Procedure. Changes would update the rules to conform to recent revisions by the state legislature. The deadline for written comment is February 15, 2013, and there will be a public hearing February 22.
