The Environmental Protection Agency proposed to amend Ohio Admin. Code §3745.42.05, Design flow and waste strength requirements for treatment works sized for 100,000 gallons per day or less. Changes relate to minimum requirements for design flows and design waste characterizations for five-day biochemical oxygen demand. There will be a public hearing January 3, 2012.
