The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency proposed amendments to Ohio Admin. Code 3745-38-02 and 3745-39-01 to -04. The proposed amendments would, among other things, provide the option for small municipal separate storm sewer systems to meet NPDES requirements through a comprehensive general permit or a two-step general permit, and create an exemption for construction stormwater general permit applicants who have paid an application fee within 12 months of the expiration of the past general permit from paying the renewable application fee for the new general permit.
