The Department of Environment and Natural Resources proposed to amend 15A N.C. Admin. Code 02B.0206, .0211, .0212, .0214-.0216, .0218, and .0220. Changes would amend surface water quality standards for various substances. A public hearing will be held on July 16, and the deadline for comment is August 22, 2014.
