The Environmental Management Commission proposed to amend 15A N.C. Admin. Code 02D.1100, Toxic Air Pollutant Guidelines. Changes would revise acceptable ambient level for arsenic and inorganic arsenic compounds based on recommendations from the Department of Environment and Natural Resources Secretary’s Science Advisory Board on Toxic Air Pollutants.
