The Water Quality Control Commission proposed to amend N.M. Admin. Code §20.6.6, the Commission's Dairy Rule. Changes would provide greater flexibility to dairy operators in the management of their facilities, in addition to correcting minor errors. There will be a public hearing November 16, 2011.
