The Water Quality Commission is seeking public input on proposed amendments to N.M. Code R. §20.6.4 regarding surface water standards. Among other changes, the amendments would revise compliance provisions as well as uses and criteria for various water bodies. A public hearing will be held on April 14, 2015. Those wishing to present technical testimony must file a notice of intent with the commission by December 12, 2104. The deadline for non-technical comment is April 14, 2015.
