The Department of Environmental Protection amended N. J. Admin. Code §§7:27A-3.5 & 3.10, Air Administrative Procedures and Penalties. Changes update penalties and amend rules to expressly allow environmental impact to be taken into account when determining penalty amounts, among other revisions.
