The Department of Environmental Services proposed to amend Env-Wt 200, Wetlands Rules of Practice and Procedure, and 300, 400, 500, 600, & 700, Wetland Program Rules. The rules pertain to procedures for hearings on permit applications, and the rulemaking will allow them to continue after their expiration on April 25.
