The Department of Environmental Services proposed amendments to N.H. Code Admin. R. Env-Dw 800. The proposed amendments would ensure equivalency with federal requirements, clarify existing requirements and update cross-references, and replace the term "owner" with "O/O" to reflect the change in terminology required by EPA.
