The Department of Environmental Services proposed to amend Env-A 2000, Particulate and Visible Emissions Standards for Stationary Fuel Burning Devices. The rulemaking would readopt the regulations with changes intended to clarify. There will be a public hearing May 30, 2013, and the deadline for comment is June 13.
