The State Environmental Commission proposed an amendment to Nev. Admin. Code R099-14, related to the Drinking Water State Revolving Funds. Changes to the regulation would incorporate updates to language, generally streamline and clarify the regulation, better outline project types, and encourage sustainability via a point system.
