The Board of Wildlife Commissioners proposed to amend Nev. Admin. Code §503.093, pertaining to the desert tortoise. Changes would mandate that those legally in possession of a desert tortoise may not allow it to physically contact another. See www.leg.state.nv.us/register/2012Register/R153-12P.pdf
