The Nebraska Environmental Quality Council proposed amendments to Title 131, Rules and Regulations for the Wastewater Treatment Facilities and Drinking Water Construction Assistance Programs. The proposed amendments would, among other things, revise definitions, include provisions on interest rates and administrative fees, and add new provisions related to environmental assessments.
