Montana: Sustainability

The Montana Department of Education is proposing changes to Mont. Admin. R. 10-11-126, regarding the distribution of oil and gas production taxes. The changes would establish new definitions and rewrite the distribution of excess revenues from production taxes. A public hearing will be held on april 29, 2016.
