Montana: Quality

The Montana Department of Environmental Quality proposes to repeal Mont. Arm. R. 17.4.201 and several sections of Mont. Arm. R. 17.30. The changes pertain to pollution rules, radiological criteria, pretreatment, enforcement procedures, and penalties for public water supply and sewage system requirements.
