Montana: Pesticides

The Department of Agriculture proposed new rules and proposed to amend Mont. Admin. R. 4.10.1803, 4.10.1804, and 4.10.1806, pertaining to the pesticide container recycling program and waste pesticide disposal program. The proposed rules and amendments would, among other things, create a rule specific for pesticide container recycling and create separate rule sections for waste disposal, pesticide container recycling, and exchangeable pesticides.
