Montana: Hazardous Substances

The Department of Environmental Quality proposes amendments to Mont. Code. Ann. §75-10-204, Solid Waste Management. The proposed amendment would provide additional requirements to ensure protection of human health and the environment from the impacts associated with the management of technologically enhanced naturally occurring radioactive material.
