The Department of Natural Resources proposed to rescind Mo. Code Regs. Ann. tit. 10, §6.368, Control of Mercury Emissions From Electric Generating Units. Changes would remove the rule because the federal Clean Air Mercury Rule is being replaced with the new non-trading Mercury and Air Toxics Standard.
