The Missouri Department of Natural Resources is proposing amendments to Mo. Code Regs. Ann. tit. 10, §20.6 regarding operating permits for concentrated animal feeding operations. The changes would incorporate necessary federal requirements and provide increased environmental protection for sensitive watersheds. A public hearing will be held on April 6, 2016.
