The Missouri Department of Natural Resources proposes changes to 10 Mo. Code Regs. Ann. tit 10, §10-6.210, regarding air quality standards. The changes would clarify procedures for submission of information, organize the rule, and streamline some of the definitions. A public hearing will be held on July 28, 2016.
